REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Our exchange policy is flexible, in case of any issue with the size it will be changed immediately
- Articles with 25% or more discount cannot be exchanged
- In case of an issue with the article, it can be exchanged within fifteen days
- Articles once used will not be exchanged
- For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.
- Exchange will be done free of cost for the first time however delivery charges will be applied for a second time
- Paradox does not provide refund for any orders
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
